Registered Massage Therapist is one of the regulated health care practitioners who has strong health science foundation of anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology along with outcome-based massage techniques, from an introductory level to a highly integrated set of treatment skills.

 

Based in Ancaster, Tina, as an RMT, provides qualified massage treatments to the local community, taking care of client’s overall wellness. She profoundly believes and trusts massage can produce multiple therapeutic effects on realigning the body and mind from physical or emotional dysfunction.

Tina graduated from the Ontario College of Health & Technology, which runs a top-ranked massage therapy program in Ontario and is 1 of the five colleges that has been fully accredited by the Canadian Massage Therapy Council for Accreditation (CMTCA).

Tina combines Relaxation Massage techniques and Deep Tissue Massage techniques in her treatments. She applies stretching, Soft Tissue Release and joint mobilization techniques in her massage to increase body’s flexibility. She also massages with Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective, treats through acupressure points and meridians for some conditions.
